How do you delete save data for a game? I saw an old guide, but it doesn't work anymore. I also can't get on the main menu, so I can't delete stuff manually.

Right click game > open wii save data folder. I assume deleting this will work, not sure if it is the correct way...

I believe you just use Tools > Memory Card Manager

It's recommended to perform an online update (Tools => Perform Online Update) and then manage your save data through System Menu (Tools => Load System Menu). That's the only way of managing Wii Save Data without potentially messing the NAND and you can also manage GameCube Memory Card saves even if you're using a GCI Save Folder, which can't be managed through Memory Card Manager...
