Can you speed up Dolphin videos (like for cheating a speedrun)?

1. Speeding up any video is possible with the right video editor
2. Speeding up Dolphin is possible by holding tab. It disables the frame limit. This will not showing the video however.

Btw, I wasn't able to get an option to select codec to appear in Xubuntu. I assume this is because most of the available stuff is Windows-only?

I have those installed, I just didn't get a pop-up window for it. Whatever compression it used looks fine though, and I can always convert afterward if needed.
