I would like to submit a bug report for andriod dolphin. Also would like to add a suggestion. Is there a part of this form for this or how do I contact one of them?
How do you contact one of the developers ?

It's fine to write it in here. You'll probably have a hard time reaching developers by direct contact since almost nobody is working on the Android version of Dolphin right now.

Ok well I tried over 13 games now and one of two or three things happen every time. I'm using default settings I have not played with any of them. I'm using the version 5.0 3251. The first thing is at certain points of each game the sound and video is on point. The problems lies on after usually making a new game and typing in your name etc. After the achuall game starts where you control the character the frame rate drops and the music and in game sound gets so slow and so distorted Id have to turn the sound off. As for the frame rate comes and goes. But the odd thing is the usual cut scenes run perfectly. Video and sound. It also has a very frequent tendency to close down mid game and a message box comes up saying we are sorry but the program dolphin has unfortunately has stopped. No error code I looked. I hope this helps the current daily devs updates to help fix these issues. A few games id tried are Zelda wind Zelda twilight princes. Super Mario sunshine f zero pikmin and pikmin 2 star fox assault Zelda master quest both metroids animal crossing super smash brothers goldeneye and more. I'm using a Samsung S7 Edge andriod 7.0. Also tyres it on my Samsung tablet note 8 same results. 04-06-2017, 05:36 AM

The reason that happens to the sound is because emulation isn't running at full speed. The only solution is to run emulation at full speed, which most Android devices can't handle for most games. Just knowing that it happens sometimes doesn't give me any clues. If you want to give us a little bit more information, I suggest testing whether it happens when using the software renderer and also testing whether it happens when using the interpreter or cached interpreter, but you'll need to endure horrible performance if you want to do that. 04-06-2017, 06:04 AM
Ok I'm be glad to if you give me some better detailed instructions there's allot of settings so if you don't mind tell me with one's to click and if I need to have a higher or lower settings ECT. Also how do you try to run the emulator at full speed? Is that a setting like the cpu speed ? Or does it have to do with the limitation of my device hardware.

It's a hardware limitation, unfortunately. Even though mobile devices have come a long way in recent years, emulators for complex systems like Dolphin can require more computational power than can be put in a phone right now.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X RAM: 16GB GPU: Radeon Vega 56 04-09-2017, 06:52 AM
Try using Game Tuner and putting the HW Performance to High. Mess around with GT because it will speed up the games a whole lot.
