I'm looking to ask a question in the GameCube section but i can't see any new thread tab there or anything similar, how do you do it?

That's not true about every game being mentioned in there. I couldn't find any for Luigi's Mansion and yes i went to the GameCube forum and even used the "search this forum" search option and it says nothing found.

If you want to ask a question about a game, you can do so in that game's own thread (there's already a thread for literally any released game the Wii or GameCube could play). If you want to ask a general support question, you can create a thread in the support section. If you want to post off-topic stuff, you can make a thread in the Delfino Plaza section. It's definitely not the case that you can't create any threads anywhere if you've not got any posts, or we wouldn't end up with spambots posting crap. You just can't create threads where no-one should be creating threads.
