How do I use XFB Dump files

I want to make the starter cutscene look good in the game I'm playing (skylanders spyro's adventure), and I got the frames with xfb dumps, and I upscaled them, but I can't seem to replay the frames in any way. 

I'm on the latest version of dolphin, I think (5.0-20347).

Can anybody help me be able to use the XFB dumps?

XFB dumps are only used for diagnosing issues. They can't be used to be reinjected back into Dolphin.

You could use texture dumps but it'd be pointless because the sequence of images would be incredibly large (this isn't how a movie is typically stored).

Dolphin may eventually get some form of FMV replacement (by allowing the user to supply a custom movie file or something) but we don't have anything at the moment.
