How do i use Brawl hacks on Dolphin?

I don't think so. Though if you want to run something that requires a custom IOS, maybe it just won't work at all...

All i want to run is texture/move set hacks on brawl.

Alright. Just one more question, can i use a real SD card instead of a virtual one?

No. Dolphin requires the SD card to be stored as a raw file.
