Hey,
I'm trying to play Mario Galaxy 2 in Dolphin with a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller and a mouse as the Wii Pointer. I can only select buttons on the Pro Controller as the Wii Pointer which doesn't work. I know that the mouse is selected as the pointer by default, but when I try to set other buttons on the Pro Controller as the a Button on the Wii Mote for example, it sets the pointer to the Pro Controller as well, which doesn't work. What can I do?

You're probably running into this issue: https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/13092

You can work around it by using the Advanced mapping window by right-clicking the mapping button.

I already tried that, when I do that for every single button I need, it doesn't register any of them...
