Some games will make use of Mii characters saved in my Wii. If I do not have Mii characters, it will ask me to choose one every single game, which is annoying. How do I setup some Mii characters, so games could read from those?

You need "RVL-NigaoeNR-v6". Put it in your game directory. It will show in your games list. Run it and it will allow you to create and store your own Mii characters.
i7 2600K@3.5Ghz, AMD RX470, 8GB RAM, Win10
you can find it in some games. (not all games)
Right click on a game in Dolphin and under the Tab FileSystem, you can find a Partition 0, with a _sys folder. Then right click on the .wad you want and extract it The Mii channel is RVL-NigaoeNR-v6.wad you can find the WiisystemMenu too or you can use NUSDownloader.
