How do I set up the controls specifically for We Ski?

As some of you who have played We Ski may know, the game is heavily based on motion controls. You swing the Wii remote like you would swing a pair of ski sticks. The controller I am using is Nintendo Switch controller using vJoy drivers.

I have tried mapping my right analog stick to swinging up and down, no result. I tried mapping it to swinging forward and back, no result. I tried mapping it to both, no result.

Does anyone here have a control scheme I can use for this game, or can someone explain to me how I can map this properly?
