How do i set up an emulated wiimote and nunchuk?

Still new to using Dolphin, and i am utterly confused as to how and where to assign all the wiimote/nunchuk buttons/functions and stuff.
Might be useless info but if it helps, i am using a keyboard and a wireless mouse.
Sorry if this sounds stupid >>; I am completely new at this, i don't even really understand what all the buttons mean.
Hoping to play Mario Galaxy and 2 alongside some other games :V
