I do own a few gamecube dics but I have no clue how to run them on my emulator.. can someone explain or direct me to my answer.

There are a lot of various homebrew apps for Wii & (not sure) Gamecube that allow you to create ISO/GCM image of your game disc, use Google

LG DVD Drive or Wii FTP homebrew to stream the disc into a GCM File.

Yeah, you'll need to use a Wii with custom software to rip a gamecube game to your SD Card or have it sent through your wireless network to your computer.
My PC Specifications:

Motherboard - FoxConn P4M9007MB-8R2SH
CPU - Intel Core2Duo E4700 2.6GHZ 800MHZ FSB 2MB L2 LGA775
RAM - 2GB Corsair DDR2
GPU: ASUS EN9500GT Magic PCI-E 512MB
Sound: Realtek High Definition Audio 8CH
HDD: 660GB
OS: Windows XP Home/Windows 7 Ultimate
