How do I retexture games? [GC]

I want to learn how to retexture games for the GameCube. I know how to use things like PhotoShop but I can't figure out how to retexture the games. I also can't find any resources online on the topic.

Any help is greatly appreciated

tick dump textures in the advanced tab of the graphics options. find dumped textures in the my documents\Dolphin Emulator\Dump\GAMEID\ folder. after editing them tick the load textures option, and place them in my documents\Dolphin Emulator\Load\GAMEID\
