How do i make dolphine keep up with audio?

Hello i got a new computer and i knew it could run dolphin so i downloaded it.Some games were running slow so i went on the dolphin website and configerd it like the website told me.Now is moves slow sometimes then moves fast.I rather have it fast then slow.
Can you tell me a good config so it can run 40 frames per sec please.

MY specs.

procesor-A8 amd vision quad core
Ram-8gb
OS-Windows 7
graphic card - internal dac

Use "CPUZ" to list full detail of your specs :
A8 3850 desktop ? or A8 3500M laptop
Graphic card : Nvidia or AMD ? Don't tell me it's integrated graphics
If it's a laptop , nothing you can do
