I have a game that has a lot to it and inside of it's files are so much more, how to I look through the files of my game?

Right-click the game in your game list, click Properties, then go to the Filesystem tab.

You can also right-click the Disc (or, for Wii games, the game's main disc partition) and click "Extract all files..." if you want all the files on your desktop (or some other folder) to mess around with; this won't modify the original iso/gcz/wbfs file at all.

Also, don't use big letters. They make you look dumber.

It won't let me put games on the dolphin menu and when I try extracting the game files it gives me a message saying I can't.

Can you show us this error message as a screenshot? Also, have you added the directory where you keep your games to Dolphin's paths yet? Click the Config button, go to the Paths tab, then you can browse to the directory containing your game. Dolphin should search this directory for games to display in its menu.
