Hi,

i'm trying to solve this problem since months and i never found anything about it in google or forum search.

I noticed since some months Dolphin allows you to use the real bios of the Gamecube/Wii, but I don't know how to use it / where to put my bios files in.

I tried to put

ngc_jap_ipl_enc.bin in Sys\GC\JAP
ngc_usa_ipl_enc.bin in Sys\GC\USA
ngc_pal_ipl_enc.bin in Sys\GC\EUR

or in User\GC.

also tried many different bios dumps and deactivated the "Skip GC Bios" option in dolphin config but the Gamecube startup logo never shows up.

Same with Wii. Where do i put the files in to make it work?=

Is it also possible to boot in to the bios to make memory card changes etc? I know you can boot in the wii channels . the user here made it in his videos: http://www.youtube.com/inexxxus

Thank you very much in advnace.

ngc_jap_ipl_enc.bin in Sys\GC\JAP
ngc_usa_ipl_enc.bin in Sys\GC\USA
ngc_pal_ipl_enc.bin in Sys\GC\EUR

is correct

just rename each to ipl.bin

There is no USA folder, at least on mine
To access my Dolphin folders I navigate to Home/Library/Application Support/Dolphin
Then GC contains my raw memory images

Hold the A button until you get to the bios (or don't hold A and go directly to the game you've selected).
