How can I run games from Desktop?

When I right click on dolphin > properties > shortcut I have 2 path's. 
"C:\Program Files\Dolphin\Dolphin.exe"
and
"C:\Program Files\Dolphin"
what do I have to do now I didn't understand what you mean.
