Create a shortcut to dolphin.exe
in the properties window, add the following to the end of the target, no quotes "-b -e (path to game dump, quote if spaces in it)" 03-29-2018, 02:12 AM

He's not suggesting you replace 'dolphin.exe' with the iso, but add the options after that.
