How can I play with the Mouse?

I'm trying to configure the mouse to play as a wiimote. But the pointer always return to the center after every movement. How do I configure it?

I remember in old revs I could play with the mouse very easy and fine. But now I'm getting this problem.

Can anyone help me please?

Right click on each direction, scroll down to the bottom and select Cursor Y+, Y- etc.
