How can I chang the plugin

When I go to Orleans' SkyDrive
http://cid-ec92aae47a89073b.skydrive.live.com/browse.aspx/Emulation/Dolphin?view=details ,and I can see the "Opencl-ati-r5031.7z",then download it ,but I can't correct use the new plugins ,when I replace the files of plugins and TextureDecoder.cl, I can't find OpenGL plugin and Direct3D plugin in the Dolphin configuration like picture 2 ,so I have one question ,how can I chang the plugins?

Update to your latest graphics card driver. if that doesn't work, contack Orleans and he'll tell you what to do.Updating worked for me
