Hotkey for Exit Emulation

Is there any way to bind a controller button to "Exit Emulation"?

All the answers I've found online are for the PC version of Dolphin. I cannot find "Options > Hotkey Settings".

That hotkey (and Options > Hotkey settings) is a feature of Dolphin for desktop. I'm not as familiar with Android's GUI as the desktop one, but if memory serves on Android you can use either the swipe menu or hold the back button to stop emulation. Considering you are asking about hotkeys though, it seems you are on an Android device that is using a gamepad or keyboard+mouse - not a touchscreen. That would place you into a niche case that I'm certainly not familiar with. Hopefully someone more familiar with Android will give a more detailed answer shortly.
