Sure, I don't have Sonic on my PC atm, so I can't give you screenshots of that Tongue.
Download it here. There's a "Download (1.5 KB)" link that you can click to download it underneath the textview.
Post some screenshots of the game so I can see how it looks there.

Yes, the Z ones moves, so what do I have to do ?

Also, I noticed that when I increase the resolution up to 4x native, the blur almost disappear completely, not only for yours, but for bad bloom too. So what we can't increase it without losing the blurs ?

First open up JoytoKey, and tick these boxes.
You'll get there by clicking on the Options tab.

You'll quickly notice that there's a lot more buttons available.
Try setting it on the Slider1 or 2, if those don't work, try the axis, or any of the new things.

And what about the bloom that fades more and more while you increase the "native number" ? Because I don't really want to play in low res Confused
