Host Connection Error while trying to get friends connected

Hi, I have a question, I am from Mexico and a friend of mine that is from Costa Rica we cannot play online on dolphin we tried from resetting the app or disabling the firewalls but is not workifn we still having the error of Cant Communicate wiht Host, Either when he hostes the game or I do we have the same Issue

Fun Fact is that another friend also from Mex is able to connect with me but not my Copsta Rica Friend, any advice?

Are you using the Direct Connection or Transversal Connection?
