Hori fightstick on PC using dolphinbar

Has anyone tried using the hori wii fightstick as a general PC fightstick using dolphinbar as an adapter?  I have an opportunity to get a cheap one, but if I can't use it outside of dolphin it's not that useful to me

As long as it acts like a wiimote you might be able to use it.

Edit: looks like it acts like a classic controller so I assume it plugs into the wiimote.

Yeah it plugs into the wiimote, I'm just not sure how well dolphinbar works with games outside of dolphin

I'm not sure if the dolphin bar lets you use any addons other than the nunchuck outside of dolphin.
