See a shrink
Attend some alchoholic classes or sumtn
Take the bottle of Gin and tonic and look 'em in the label and say 'you will no longer control my life'

Btw, i hope this hasnt been going on for several years, you know the nasty aftereffects it has on the body, a friend of mine posted a pic of the internal organs of a smoker, it was not pretty at all

I've taken the first step towards my new life and poured every bottle out in the sink. I'll take small baby steps from here and see what happens.

I gotta tell you that this whole thing is work related, as I said it all started with the Volvo job last year but got worse since I recently got laid off my new job I told you about a while back.
Things haven't been so glamorous in the IT business, far from it.

I'm actually relieved that all this have happened, it's time to do something new and different with my life and not waste it away.

You may not believe it but it feels great posting and talking about this here, I don't have many to talk with really.

Well guys I'm going to take a vacation for a week or two now. I need to unplug, pack my bag and go somewhere to think and rebuild my strength.

Take care of you. Just one thing. There are bad things and good things in our lives. Unfortunately we have to do with bad ones but fortunately there are good ones that make us happy even if it's 30 seconds a day. A drink (not too many though...), a single post in a forum, a nice bott... errr girl in the street, etc. Worth it to live for that ain't it? Smile
