Hooking Dolphin up to 720p TV, 60Hrz refresh rate - Best Settings?

Greetings,

I have a g3258 (haven't overclocked it YET), 8GB DDR3 1600 Ram, GTX 660 GPU.  Keeping in mind that my TV is only capable of 720P what are the best settings for Dolphin since I don't need full 1080p.  I am interested in smoothing it out as much as I can though so I assume my AA settings would need to be boosted.  Anyone have any settings they want to share?  Thanks.

With a GTX 660 you might as well use 4x IR (Internal Resolution) with some AA, because downsampling to 720 will make it look really good
