Homebrew on dolphin andriod in wii menu posble?

hi,
i was wondering if Homebrew on dolphin andriod in wii menu is posble to install and laucnh?

for example:

Homebrew channel for wii (open soucre one) that has the anti something removed,

and varoius apps like swiss or similar?

if you can install your Nand dump from your wii, then you can install HBC and apps to sd.raw file?

also to use internet functions and such on wii menu in dolphin what do you need to enable to conncet?
