The point is that Homebrew Channel doesn't work with Dolphin (their creators put some code to make it crash when ran from Dolphin). If you want to launch homebrew apps/games in Dolphin just use File => Open then locate the .dol/.elf file. Closing this thread since the OP already got the answer.
