Hello everyone. I am using an Xbox One controller. I have everything mapped the way I want except for... I can't figure out how to keep a button held down when I press it down. It registers as me pressing and immediately letting go. In Mario Kart Double Dash you need to be able to hold items behind you.

Thanks.

it sounds like you are trying to map the analogue bump triggers of  the Xbone controller to the simple digital  end button bumps the wii controllers had.

lucky dolphin allows you to map the maximum depth of  a 360 or Xbone's trigger as a button, in this case

make sure the very end of the trigger press ends up like this,

or just map the thing to one of the digital bumps of the xbone controller -

( i used to have a simlar-ish problem with luigis mansion)

Unlike most other Mario Karts, Double Dash does not allow you to hold items behind your back.

That mapping won't work in tons of games - you must map the analog L and R as well as Digital L and R. Fortunately you can just map them to the same analog triggers on your physical controller, and Dolphin will switch from analog to digital following the threshold percentage.
