HLE sound laging all games

Hi. I downloaded the 4.0 version, but I'm having problems with it.
Please, could somebody say what I did wrong because all of my games are having audio problems with HLE (lagging audio)... Confused

I didn't changed anything in the Sounds option.

Don't you think it's logical that a properly coded audio emulation would slowdown when the game slows down? Your computer isn't fast enough to play the game full speed, so the audio isn't going full speed.

Old builds had really poorly done HLE audio emulation with tons of inaccuracies and problems; but one of the side effects was that audio didn't slowdown when the game did.

Well, all the others revisions I used worked fine with HLE... Why this one is acting like that is what I want to know.
The weird is that 4.0 play very well the BGMs, but the sound effects are all lagged (in all the games).

Like JMC47 said, your system is too slow for 4.0.

An improvement would be use OpenAL and set a high latency so the stuttering can be taken down.
