Does anyone know how to just straight up disable the bloom on any of these games? Metroid Prime 3 in particular. I can add my own bloom with Reshade or something else if I want to later. AR codes? Gecko codes? For now I just want those offset glitches gone.

Can you see if the EFB slider in the build attached to this thread fixes it correctly?
https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-conditional-efb-scaling-to-fix-bloom

Just rename and place the exe in your dolphin folder and run it. Then go to the bloom area in the game and check the EFB graphics option for the slider and move it from the left to the right until the bloom gets better.

So has anyone completed the game with this yet? I'm curious if it's perfected.

Hey sorry for the possible necro

Which values from the Metroid code do I have to modify to reduce the bloom even more?
I'm using primehack so the custom Dolphin build with the slider isn't an option for me

Without a doubt in Sonic Colors it would improve the experience because it happens in outer space is full of neon lights. In addition to the boost (which is used throughout the game) also the blurry and pixelated image ruins the view. It should be a priority considering that the Dolphin home page shows Sonic Colors as an example.

Let me know if it's okay. Kinda hacky, but as with my other codes you can disable it after enabling it to avoid gecko issues. If it's good I can try to make an x8.

Would you care to try a code to fix bloom for 6x IR?
The code above is not perfect but it does help.

Sorry to necropost but I'm not sure where else would be good to post this. I adapted the bloom fix codes for Zelda TP for PAL GC and NTSC Wii. It took a few hours so I thought I'd save anyone else the effort of recreating them.
