I'm trying to render a character's special moves to video. While I've managed to get rid of the HUD, I also wanted to hide the model the attack is going to hit. While I can hide the attacked model itself by dumping its textures, making them transparent and reloading them, I can't get rid of its shadow on the ground. I understand that Dolphin does not have this capability as hiding shadows doesn't really speed up emulation or anything, but is there any way I can either hide the model entirely or hide the shadow?
I've considered going into the game data and editing the model itself (as I've managed to rip the model anyway), but the way its compressed into the file makes this rather difficult. I'm hoping there may be alternatives. Thank you.
