Anyone know if the textures from PC Dead Space 1/2 could be applied to Wii's Dead Space Extraction? The game looks great at HD settings on Dolphin, updated textures would seal the deal.

You'd have to find a way to dump all the textures from the PC game, then play through the entire game on Dolphin. Then rename all the PC textures to the ones that Dolphin outputted. Yes, it's doable. But it would take a long time.

Is this possible to make only high res textures of characters? For example in Xenoblade characters looks terrible in cutscenes but rest of textures looks good.

Although the actual texture of the game don't need work, I'm going to try and do the lettering for the menus of MarioKart Wii. If this works I'll do other parts of the menu system, and maybe do menus for other games. I'm not going to do anything major (just letters) for a while, as I only have paint on my PC.

While this has been bumped I'll tell people that I won't be doing the menus for MarioKart, as paint is worse than I remember.
