Hi , can you guys please help me for the best configuration for my PC?

Hello guys, you probably get this a lot but ive been trying to sort my configuration for Dolphin and still havcent sat down and enjoyed it, after buying a Wii plus mote specially for it i finaly could RUn a version of 64 bit of Dolphin without an error of 000007b whateveer..

Anyways! i got the 3.0-371-dirty version and a new Laptop , FHD Screen, 8gb ram , GT 540 M 3gb , i5-2430M CPU @ 2.40GHz, 2394 MHz..
With this specifications it should be running quite good and smooth right??

So what do you guys think is the best config?

What do you guys recomend with such computer? open gl? d11, d9??

Ok, first of all, check "Disable Fog" and "OpenMP Texture Decoder". Besides, set your Internal Resolution to 2x or 1.5 (if you have massive slowdowns in the games. Anyway, here is a little Guide concerning the IR -> http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=20712).

Then, set "Anisotropic Filtering" to 1x. Be also sure to check in the general Dolphin settings "Enable Dual Core", "Enable Idle Skipping" and "Lock Threads to Cores". Well, some games need special settings but this should be working for most games

Edit: check "Render to main window" if you wish playing games in the same window.

Disable fog should not be checked. It causes problems in a lot of games.

d3d9. Honestly your settings look fine to me. I wouldn't use the performance guide if I were you, it's not very good and it's way out of date.

Your GPU should be able to handle 2x IR in any game and 2.5x IR in SOME games.

Ye i can test it , but i dont understand half of the ticks on the hacks or advanced tabs!

The Advanced Tab isn't really neccessary to play games with Dolphin, it's only for Debugging, Devs etc.

you can boost fps by checking chache display list and skip dest. alpha past but causing litle glitch i guess,,
