hi can I play online Game on dolphin on my Laptop

hey guys i have that question because I install the program and runs it all ah rather high resolution i have ASUS G74SX-TH71 Notebook PC and I want to now if i can play on dolphin play games but cant be a good idea to play games like Phantasy Star Online 1&2 or many other Game of wii online of the dolphin and sorry if i repeat the response
