Hi! action replay question

Using the Dolphin 3.5 and I'm trying to enter cheat codes for gotcha force on action replay but when I open the cheat list I cant seem to type anything under the AR tab

Right-click the game in the game list, click Properties, go to the AR Codes tab, and click "Add...". Tools > Cheats Manager only seems to let you toggle the cheats, not add or remove any.
