Who is the best Dolphin emulator which play almost all games and have full speed and high graphic
I want to can run Naruto Clash of the ninja 1,2,3 | Naruto Shippuuden Ryuujinki on full speed and others

your not going to be able to play all games fullspeed with that weak system lol

its perfectly possible depending on what type of cpu it is (not zelda ofc)
