I don´t really know a lot of AMD, but the thing with them is they aren´t very recommended with Dolphin as they tend to have poor performance using the emulator since their individual thread performance (I think that´s what it is) is very behind, and this is what Dolphin mainly relies on. I don´t know what games you could run with it but if possible I would recommend you to go for an Intel CPU if you want better performance using the emulator
