Hello, I registered here today to ask for help regarding this game (Xenoblade Chronicles)
I'm having issues with the sound during cutscenes and sometimes in game, it becomes choppy and stutters from time to time.

I've read other threads reporting this problem but what I want to know is which Dolphin version and what settings (currently I'm using default settings) I should use for this game and on this PC.

Dolphin version: 3.0-759-dirty
System Spec:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
CPU: Intel® Core™2 Quad CPU Q9650 @ 3.00GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285

I hope someone will help. Undecided
NOTE: I already used the HLE audio hack fix and it doesn't help.

I took a quick look at this thread
http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=14356
and it seems latest version with HLE audio fix is 3.0-750 so how are you using 759 then ?
If you use hle audio fix build properly and use hle sound you should not have any problems with sound

The only solution is to use LLE. A powerful system is required (an overclocked CPU if possible) to use LLE. Not sure your system will support it. Make a try

I guess, his CPU can't handle LLE. An Intel Core 2 Quad is in my opinion too slow for Xenoblade + LLE.

I'm sorry to ask for spoonfeeding but can you give me links to all the stuff I need to download? While I use this version now I remember downloading something from those threads and experimenting so I'm not sure what exactly I'm looking for again.

In my opinion too. But I supposed he would like to try by himself anyway

His CPU won't run Xenoblade fullspeed with HLE , latest dolphin version kill the speed alot
3.6GHz should be doable if he has decent cooling

Thanks LordVador, it seems that disabling Idle Skipping completely and enabling Accurate VBeam emulation from game properties does the trick.

Thank you everyone.
