I downloaded Dolphin 4.0 and I am trying to run wind waker yet the FPS seems to always drop. I have a decent computer so I was wondering if there is a specific config I need for this game.
My PC specs: 32 gb Ram. GTX 660 2 gb. Amd Fx 8150 3.6 ghz Config: is the default config. 03-17-2014, 06:10 AM
Your CPU is pretty bad, that's why. It's equivalent to an Intel CPU from 3 generations ago.

3.6 is what my Phenom II-based Athlon II is running at, and Phenom II is faster than Bulldozer. So, your CPU is weaker than mine, and I can tell you from experience that, unless you want to delve into forcing faster settings which are disabled for a very good reason, you're not going to be playing wind waker without constant speed issues.
