help with wiimote conf parameters

Hi:

any one could tell me the reference point for the parameters and a little explanation of how to use then so I can play with then to make better responsive the IR in the WiiMote.
this is what I need:

IR Pointer: Left, Width, Top, Height and if possible the new Sensitivity.

I will post any conclusion I find...

Those settings adjust the IR cursor position's offset and scaling so you can match it up with your mouse cursor's position.
You will just need to play with it until it lines up. Different games will need different settings.
I think sensitivity adjusts a real wiimote's default IR sensitivity and doesn't affect emulated wiimotes.

let me clarify my self,
all of those are for emulated and no real wiimotes, only the sensitivity applies to real wiimotes???
