I'm trying to use my wiimote+ to play Brawl, but when I try to connect using Bluetooth( my pc comes with Bluetooth adapter), my PC says I've connected but the Wiimote doesn't work and Dolphin can't detect it... Any help?

Is it an official Wiimote or a third-party one? If it's the latter, you have approximately 0% chance of getting it working on Windows, unless you're using either a DolphinBar (but even that doesn't always work, for some reason) or Bluetooth Passthrough (for which you need a good adapter).

You can't get official Wii Remote Plus units to work with Windows 7, without a DolphinBar or Bluetooth passthrough.

I've gotten a third party controller, but the problem persists

You have even less chance of getting third party controllers to work on Windows, even with a DolphinBar. You'll need Bluetooth passthrough for everything to work correctly.
