I have spent the past day scouring youtube and google to find every tutorial imaginable to connect a wiimote to dolphin. What has been happening so far, no matter what process I use, I end up successfully installing my brand new wiimote to my computer. That is the good news. The bad news is that nothing seems to recognize what it is. When trying to pair up on dolphin (r7612) it begins to install drivers but it does it way faster than any video tutorial I have watched. Then nothing. I have read that your wiimote is supposed to vibrate but mine doesn't. I have tried exiting and retying, using refresh, using older versions, using WIDCOMM (it came with my adapter but it doesn't seem to look any different when I install than it did before installed it.), BlueSoleil (which only said something about no hardware), and normal micrsoft. I have also restarted my computer numerous times as well as removed the wiimote from the bluetooth device list. However, it seems that whatever I use to install it, it never shows up as Nintendo RVL-CNT-01 in device manager. I have also read that a program called Smoothboard 2 is supposed to be able to connect it right, but it starts to load it then after installing, it says that a wiimote was not found in the HID list. I have also read that I need to right click on the bluetooth device, go to services, and click on the mouse, etc... (HID). Mine already had it checked so I tried unchecking it, hitting apply and rechecking it but the first time I hit apply I got an error stating "The system cannot find the path specified." So I hit okay and it just went back to how it was before hand. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm sure this will be one of the first things asked so here are my specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
Intel Core 2 q8300 @ 2.5Ghz
4GB of ram
Nvidia 550ti
Also, the wiimote I am using has motion plus built in if that means anything.
