what? X1950 is a fairly decent card, just old. Try the dx plugin.

anyway, i cant do nothing to actually overclock my CPU, since my BIOS has locked it, or should i say HP Confused Right?

Yes hp has locked your bios.
It's your fault for buying prebuilt pc. They are more expensive and as you see come with restrictions.It's much better to just build your own pc.Even if you dont know what are you doing just ask on forum or ask your friend who knows about computers etc...
Only thing you can do now is buy a new motherboard and switch it and then sell the hp/asus one on the ebay or craiglist etc
