The game is slow because your graphics settings are too high.

You won't be able to play the game at fullspeed with your CPU. Clock speed is extremely low and that's your bottleneck (unless your GPU sucks too). You'll get playable speeds, but with a lot of drops. You also need copy EFB to Ram on in the graphics plugin for the game to handle the pollution properly, otherwise you'll not be able to clean it up and it will be a nightmare to deal with. That option slows the game down even further, it can cut your speed in almost half. I've gotten the game running on an AMD Athlon II x2 @2ghz and with integrated graphics. The speed is rarely ever fullspeed, don't expect it to get up to full.

But really, lower the resolution. That's going to at least give you some more speed... If you can't play a game at fullspeed, the first thing you should ever do is lower the graphical settings (disable all filtering and set the resolution to standard 640x480).

Can't give you any better advice besides-
1- buy a better computer
2- stop self bumping your threads (it's annoying)
