Regarding soul calibur i figured out that i needed to use the IL version, and turn on safe texture cache. i did that,and now it loads, it hangs at the NAMCO part. im pretty sure this is not caused by the fact that it is a PAL game. Dolphin shouldn't have issues emulating a PAL game because its not an actual console, but what could be the problem. the game is on the perfect list so shouldnt it be working?
