Help with screen not centering?

Hello.

I am playing RE3 - Nemesis and loving it. It works great, looks great, but whatever aspect ratio I use, with or without full screen, there is a small black border on the left side of my screen that runs verticle. The right side seems to fit just fine.

I wasn't sure if this was a common thing or maybe an issue on my end. Any help please?
