Help with save data please!

Hi, I copied my save data from my wii onto my sd card and recieved a .bin file for zelda twilight princess. I tried to switch this .bin file with the .dat file dolphin creates for its saves, but it keeps telling me the data is corrupt.

Any help with transferring the save over?
