SOMEONE PLEASE!!!! Sticky this... This is the most detailed post yet. Aesop3 has describe the problem very well and the solution that has been posted many times this month remains the same.
RetroLink controllers have a false c-stick. Meaning the driver/firmware RetroLink has created does not support the c-stick correctly ( see Aesop3's description ). There is nothing dolphin can do to fix this, nor a driver found on that net could fix the problem. You must contact RetroLink to find a fix, once you do please bring it here.
From what I know this is a HID meaning no drivers are needed. thus the error is in the firmware itself and the only way to fix that is a new chip or controller. What does that mean? It means your SOL because no game controller manufacture will issue a recall on such a cheep device. It's best in your favor to return it if possible.
Sticky this please!
