Help with plugins

Hi im having a problem with both graphics plugins dolphin opengl and dolphin direct3D9

With the opengl appears this message: can´t create opengl renderer. You might be missing some required opengl extensions,check for the logs for more info


And with the direct3D9 the emulator runs but when the game starts the screen is black but i can hear the game music

can somebody help me with these problems and thanks

Pentium ® Dual Core CPU

E5300

2.60GHz

Ram 2,00 GB

Im triying to run Final fantasy IV the after years and Megaman 9

Intel® G33/G31 Express Chipset Family (320 MB)

Use Direct3D plugin and if you don't have it in dropdown list, update DirectX

ah yes, the opengl plugin won't work with that integrated video chip

I use the direct but when the game runs the screen is black but i can hear the music from the game im triying to solve that problem
