Hello everyone and thanks in advance for your help. I recently started using this emulator for Wii and GC but all the games I've tried to be very jerky, why?How can I best configure dolphin?

My PC specifications are:

CPU:AMD A4-5000 (quad-core, 1.5 GHz)
GPU:Radeon HD 8330
RAM: 16 GB
Window: 8.1 x64

Thanks

Your CPU is terrible for Dolphin. There are no magic settings that will let Dolphin suddenly run well on your hardware. If you want better performance, you'll need an upgrade. If you have a budget and a list of games, we can help you find a better setup. Forget about getting fullspeed in most games with your current specs though.

Only a few really light-weight games will run well (TimeSplitters 2, New Super Mario Bros, most 2D games like WiiWare) everything else will suffer slowdowns that may be unenjoyable.

Your GPU is fine for Dolphin; upgrading it won't give you any speed boosts because your CPU is still very slow. You need a better CPU.
